Project configuration request

This form aims to gather all the required information to properly configure OncoDNA systems (KDM, LIMS, Odoo) before starting a new project. This must be completed and sent to the Project Manager (or Product Manager) min. 3 weeks before the launch of the project. After that, the technical team cannot be held responsible or liable for any delay, misconfiguration, or error.

Auto validation

If auto validation is set as TRUE, the reports won't be editable on the platform once published by the OncoDNA production team.

Auto reporting configuration is used for non-complex interpretations. Should need more explanation, please contact the production team.
